Fourth Estate Audio agrees to perform cocktail, dinner and dance music at the above reunion. Service Fee is $650 for first 5 hours ($750 for reunions in downtown Chicago), and $75 per additional half hour. Your party room may also charge for overtime. Ask first.

$100 additional fee for events which require the DJ to carry his equipment up a flight of stairs.
$100 additional fee for events which require the DJ's equipment to be fully set up and ready to play music more than 60 minutes before scheduled start time (If performance is scheduled to start at 6pm, and DJ arrives at 5pm, there's no additional fee. It applies only if he must be fully set up by 5pm).

Receipt of the $100 Deposit validates this contract and secures your reservation. The balance of the Service Fee is payable 14 days prior to the reunion. Any payment made less than 14 days prior to the reunion must be by credit card, Cashier's Check or bank money order. No personal or corporate checks will be accepted after that date. No exceptions. Under no circumstances will the performance begin before full payment is received.

If the reunion is cancelled, the client agrees to forfeit the Deposit. Fourth Estate Audio will honor requests by the organizers and guests of the reunion. Client's request list must be submitted at least 14 days before the reunion.
