Add $100 for events in downtown Chicago. Add $200 for dance floor light show, or $500 for full room uplighting. Add $100 if DJ equipment must be carried up a flight of stairs. Add $100 if DJ must be fully SET UP more than 1 hour prior to scheduled start of performance. Add $150 if DJ provides wedding ceremony music at a venue other than the reception venue. DJ Overtime is $150 per hour, or $75 per half hour, payable in cash to DJ before the start of overtime performance. How did you learn about us?A search engine like Google or Yahoo (which one)? Fourth Estate Audio agrees to perform professional DJ services at the above event during the hours specified. Performance will include a combination of cocktail, dinner and dance music (plus ceremony music and microphone if selected above). DJ will also perform Master of Ceremonies duties unless client chooses to have someone else do it. A $100 Deposit is required to secure this booking for the date and hours specified above. The deposit is included in total DJ Service Fee. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Any payment made less than 14 days prior to the event must be by credit card, Cashier’s Check or bank money order. No personal checks will be accepted less than 14 days prior to the event. No exceptions. Under no circumstances will performance begin before full payment has been received. If event is cancelled, client agrees to forfeit Deposit, though Fourth Estate Audio has the option to apply the deposit to a future booking within one calendar year of the original reception date. Fourth Estate Audio will honor music requests by the organizers and guests of the event. Please submit client’s request list and party fact sheet/itinerary at least 14 days before the event.
