Mae District’s preferred Chicago wedding DJ. A truly historic treasure on Chicago’s Near South Side, Mae District, formerly 19 East, has served as an electric company building, a taxi garage, and most notably, as a shooting range for Al Capone’s organization. It was renamed for Capone’s wife. Now it’s been renovated into a beautiful wedding and party venue, suitable for aything from an art exhibit to a product launch to an elegant fashion show.
The all-white front room has the feel of a fine art gallery, with a high ceiling and a view of passing L trains. Perfect for a ceremony. The middle room is ideal for cocktails and dancing.
The breathtaking rear room, with its high ceiling and dramatic staircase, is the ideal setting for a wedding party introduction and wedding dinner, or just for dessert. The venue can accommodate as many as 300 guests for dinner. Your wedding party will have exclusive use of a large upsatairs suite for preparation and relaxation.
And to complete the perfect evening, choose professional Chicago wedding DJ entertainment by Fourth Estate Audio.
